Returns & Exchanges

What is the returns policy?

US Domestic Returns: If you didn't love an Edited Pieces product for any reason, please click here to start the returns process and have your email address or order number ready. We are happy to accept returns for products within 21 days of the date your order is delivered. A $10 return shipping & processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged per returned order, not per item. Original shipping charges and  will not be refunded.

 

Canada Returns: Please email our team support@editedpieces.com to start a return. Returns will need to be return shipped using a shipping service with a tracking number. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for international return shipping fees. Original shipping charges and any additional import fees will not be refunded.

For all US & Canada returns, items must be shipped within 15 days of initiating a return. Kindly note, all items must be received in original condition, with tags attached and all original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and tried on indoors only, with both the original shoebox and outer cardboard box. Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. A damage fee may apply to returns shipped back without the original packaging. For footwear, this includes the protective brown cardboard box. All sample sale orders are final.

 

Gift returns

All holiday purchases have an extended gift exchange window until January 15th, 2024. To start a gift return, please contact our team at support@editedpieces.com with 1) the name of the individual who purchased the gift and 2) your shipping address. All gift returns will be refunded as store credit to the gift recipient.


How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?
For orders with items that are damaged or missing, or if you received the wrong item, please contact our team at support@editedpieces.com instead so that we can help.

 

What is the exchange policy?

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. Should you wish to return an item and purchase another size, please click here to start the return process and place a new order for your desired size.

If placing a new order, the return fee will be waived on receipt of your returned package.

Our customer support team is generally online 9 am to 5 pm eastern time, excluding weekends and most holidays. We do our best to reply to emails in a timely manner. As a small team, unexpected circumstances do arise so we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes - they are available for purchase here.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.
