What is the returns policy?

If you didn't love an Edited Pieces product for any reason, please email us at info@editedpieces.com. We are happy to accept returns for products within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


We will email you a return label and $15 will be deducted from your refund to go toward the return shipping costs and restocking fees. This fee is charged per shipment, not per item.


Kindly note, all items must be received in original condition, with tags attached and all original packaging. Shoes must be unworn. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.


How do I start a return?

Please send an email to info@editedpieces.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email, and we will take it from there.


How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.


What is the exchange policy?

While we cannot guarantee an exchange due to very limited inventory, please reach out to us at info@editedpieces.com if you need a different size and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards will be available for Holiday 2021.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay. We do not accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.
