Customer Engagement Associate (Tuesdays Only, Contractor / Hourly)

Edited Pieces is an online womenswear brand that launched in Fall 2021. Working directly with the startup team, this associate role is responsible for customer service and engagement enquiries. The role is remote only (must be in North America) and is currently for 6 hours per week on Tuesdays.

Being a small startup business, our needs will change quickly as the company grows. We’re looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and willing to work flexibly across all aspects of customer service and engagement:


  • Answer customer questions and messages across email and social media channels.
  • Assist with collecting customer feedback and input; identify trends and recurring topics.


  • Willing to work on Eastern Time. Must be available Tuesdays from 8:00am ET.
  • Strong writing skills - you will often be the first touchpoint and face of our brand for customers. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with proper spelling and grammar.
  • Organized working style and careful attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with learning and navigating online interfaces and software.
  • Bonus if you’re already familiar with Shopify, Excel / Google Spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with social media and up to date on Instagram’s latest features.


  • This is a contractor role, compensated hourly. Remote, within North America.
  • Minimum 6 hours / week, with an opportunity to grow.

Flexibility to work from home. Immediate start desired, but can be adjusted for the right candidate.
